• High School Art Show
The Hayward High School Art Department invites you to two upcoming art shows. The first show is at the Sherman and Ruth Weiss Community Library and the other at the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital. The Library Show will feature a wide variety of student work created by Hayward High School students, and is on display currently and will finish with a closing reception May 4th from 4-5:50pm. The reception will be held at the Public Library where the public is welcome to view the artwork and enjoy light refreshments. Similar to last year, the show is judged by YOU so make your way to the Library and you decide who will receive an award! Awards will be presented at 5:30pm May 4th!

Our second show at the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital, will have new work on display starting May 16st. All art K-12 is framed and displayed in the first hall to the right immediately after the check-in-desk, which leads to Radiology. Make sure you stop in to see the work and how much it adds to the Hospital’s hallways. This was made possible by a CHARAC grant and the generosities of the Hayward Hospital and Hospital staff.

SchoolBlocks offers a unique and powerful personalized search system. A member of the public, searching for "homework" might see an announcement from the school as the first result. However, if the user is logged in, they would see their teacher’s latest homework assignment as the top result.
